WhatsApp is Down in Zambia: here is how to fix it

Apparently, due to the ongoing elections in Zambia. You’ll probably notice that your access to WhatsApp and Facebook has been affected. Users around the country reported failure to send messages and make video or audio calls using the popular social app.

As speculated earlier in the week, the PF led Zambian Government through ZICTA was having plans to restrict access to the internet during the polls for undisclosed reasons.

How to fix WhatsApp is Down

Currently there is no confirmed WhatsApp outage. So, if your WhatsApp is still down. You can regain access by simply using a VPN service. Which can be manually setup in your phone’s network settings or simply using a free VPN app.

Then, log into a different location such as USA or any other available country.
