Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
The Total Delivery Time is: Processing Time + Shipping Time. The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight and shape of the item(s). We charge consistently low shipping fees and free shipping on applicable shipping services available in your country.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Napeza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Napeza is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For Flat Rate Shipping, we ship your package by post office which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world.
(a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
(b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other European Countries, it may take 7 to 20 business days.
(c) For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.
(d) For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.
We offer 4 kinds of shipping methods: flat rate method, epacket shipping, standard shipping and expedite shipping, method. For Flat Rate shipping, which takes about 7 to 25 business days to most countries in the world. For Standard Rate shipping, this generally takes 5-10 business days to almost any country in the world. null
On-time Delivery starts the moment we have shipped out the product. If you have purchased anything on Napeza.com, but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
Scope of Guarantee
All products on Napeza.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia, 120 days for deliveries to Brazil). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don’t receive your order on time.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Napeza.com
Guaranteed Protection Period
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by opening a dispute in the contact uspage. Please note that you can only open one dispute per order.
